Our design philosophy is simple. To design the most cost effective building that meets our clients requirements within the required program.
We are big believers in getting it right on paper first and we believe that the level of documentation that we produce gives our client the best possible chance of obtaining accurate prices for the structural works and minimizing variations on site.
We work closely with the projects architect and other consultants to ensure that the architectural intent is achieved and that the project as a whole is as efficient as possible, and coordinated with all disciplines.
As seen in our project experience we are routinely appointed by architects, project managers and developers alike, and we believe that this is a reflection on the effectiveness of our design philosophy.
